A British owned and run boutique vineyard nestled in the Lussac St. Emilion Wine region of south-western France.

Welcome

Our wine is vinified in vats and aged in oak which adds to the mellow flavour.
The Lusaac St. Emilion region is known for diverse soils and balmy summers, perfect for producing ripe grapes.
The vines we grow have an average age of 30 years with some being nearly 60 years old.

Winemakers since 1972, we have owned and maintained our family vineyard for 3 generations…

Arnaud Cholet our current winemaker (far left), with family members.

“A firm and full bodied bouquet, our wine’s character has a rich and spicy attack with a hint of mahogany at the edge.”

Notable Vintages:

Since 2000 we’ve had notable vintages in the years 2001, 2003, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015 & 2016.

Our Grapes:

Our predominant grape is Merlot.

With smaller quantities of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carmenere.

The vineyard also produces a second wine, Champ de Grenet. We develop this wine to be younger and more fruit-driven than the Grezard. It is screw-capped for ease of use.
